吗啡耐受过程中P物质的作用
The Function of Substance P in Morphine Tolerance
【摘要】 在未用吗啡的大鼠侧脑室内注射5nmolP物质其对热板和压力刺激(HWL)的后爪退缩反应时间延长,表明P物质在脑中产生了止痛效应;而在吗啡耐受后的大鼠侧脑室内注射5nmolP物质也产生了止痛效应,但在同样的剂量下,止痛作用比对未用吗啡耐受性的大鼠要小得多.
【Abstract】 The hindpaw withdrawal latencies to both thermal and mechanical stimulation increased significantly after intracere-broventricular injection of 5 nmol of Substance P in opioid-nave rats, indicating that substance P produces an antinociceptive effect in the brain. Though there was an antinociceptive effect after intracerebrobentricular injection of 5 nmol of substance P in morphine tolerant rats, the effect is much smaller than that to the opioid-nave rats.
