【Abstract】 The frequency of corruption in transition society is difficult to prohibit in China.Being broad and obstinate,the bribery crime has badly damaged the disinterested character of government service in our country and affected the healthy development of social economy and life.It is one of the most important reasons leading to the pervasive bribery that there are criminal holes in legislation.
