【Abstract】 In this paper,basing evaluation index system,the way interval statistic was used to build a score mold.Weight number of each attribute in index system was confirmed by expert experience and mathematic model.The problem was solved that the score of title evaluation is not exact for evaluation process’s singleness and subjective impairm.Evaluation result became more objective,equitable and reasonable.The program and software based on evaluation model were developed to achieve evaluation’s computer operation.更多还原
