高校教师教学效果评价系统的设计和开发
Developing and Designing University Teacher’s Teaching Effectiveness Evaluation System
【摘要】 SEEQ系统是利用前台开发工具Powerbuilder9．0和后台SQL Server2000数据库共同开发的。把大学教师效果评价问卷用SEEQ系统管理起来，可以促进评教工作的规范化制度化，提高学校教学管理的现代化水平。
【Abstract】 The SEEQ system is developed by making use of both the foreground Powerbuilder 9.0 and the background SQL Server 2000 database. By managing investigation results of university teachers’ teaching effectiveness with computers, we can make the work more regular and systematic, and can improve the modernization of teaching management in universities.
