玉米淀粉磷酸单酯制备条件的优化

【摘要】 以玉米淀粉为原料,与混合磷酸盐作用,采用湿法工艺制备淀粉磷酸单酯。选取酯化剂用量、pH值、酯化反应温度、反应时间、催化剂用量5个因素为变量,以产物的取代度DS为试验指标,通过5因素2次正交旋转组合试验得出5因素与DS的关系,并在此基础上确定最佳的制备工艺条件:酯化剂用量30%,pH值6-6.5,反应温度130-140℃,反应时间2-2.5h,催化剂用量6%-7%。

【Abstract】 Starch phosphate monoesters were synthesized with the corn starches and orthophosphate mixture by the wet process. Factors influencing the degree of substitution (DS) of phosphate monoester were systematically investigated by the five-factors quadratic regression orthogonal rotary method, and the optimum preparation conditions were obtained as follows: the dosage of esterification 30%,pH6-6.5, reaction temperature 130-140 ℃, reaction time 2-2.5h, and the dosage of catalyst 6%-7% of dry starch weight.
