【Abstract】 By an experiment on freeze concentration of soybean whey,it was found that the bioac-tive matter in the soybean whey can be concentrated after the freezing process.Soybean whey protein can be concentrated 2.737 times.Soybean oligosaccharides can be concentrated 3.858 times and isoflavone can be concentrated 3.120 times.
