【摘要】 对离子交换法提取纯化凝血酶的方法进行了改进:首先在-20℃对猪血浆进行冷冻处理,然后再采用离子交换法提取纯化凝血酶。实验结果表明,血浆经-20℃冷冻处理后的凝血酶回收率为48.9%,是传统的离子交换法所得凝血酶回收率的1.4倍,比活力为1807.9U/mg,比传统的离子交换法所得凝血酶的比活力提高了1.2倍。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper develops the method of extraction and purification of thrombin from the porcine plasma by using Ion Exchange. The process is as followings: the plasma is frozen at -20 ℃ and purified by using Ion Exchange. The results show that the recovery of thrombin which plasma is treated with freezing is 48.9%(1.4times that of the thrombin by using the traditional Ion Exchange), and the specific activity is 1807.9U/mg(1.2times that of the thrombin by using the traditional Ion Exchange).更多还原
