微波辐射植物源叶黄素提取的应用研究

【摘要】 研究了在植物源——柑桔皮中,以微波辐射提取叶黄素的方法,确定了最佳工艺条件,即微波功率为800w,提取时间为25s,物料比(g:mL)为1:10,提取级数为二级,提取溶剂为6#溶剂油时提取效果最佳。将微波辐射用于植物源叶黄素的提取,可有效地提高提取效率、缩短提取时间,使植物源叶黄素的提取工艺进一步完善。

【Abstract】 The method of extracting xanthophyll from orange skin as the starting plant materials by microwave is researched. The best extracting result can be achieved when microwave radiation power is 800w,microwave radiation time 25s,between xanthophyll and raw material as 1:10,extraction period is Ⅱ and the solvent for extraction is 6# solvent oil. By applying microwave radiation in plant materials xanthophyll extraction,it can accelerate extracting rate and shorten extracting time and effectively increase extracting efficiency.
