【Abstract】 Opuntia Milpa Alta is culturing many years as vegetable, fruit and medicine. The ingredients of Opuntia Milpa Alta including water, ash, crude protein, crude fiber, water soluble sugar, mineral elements, flavonoid and vitamin C were analyzed. The results showed that most valuable ingredients in Opuntia Milpa Alta are good for people’s health, so it has a vast prospect. Compared with other plants, Opuntia Milpa Alta contains such mineral substance composition as more potassium, calcium, etc. In the same time the content of flavonoids and sugars were higher than others. According to these characters, we can use Opuntia Milpa Alta to develop all kinds of functional foods and healthy foods.更多还原
