【Abstract】 Aim: Finding the best method to extract the antihypertensive substance in the red yeast rice. Method: We find the best way by the Orthogonal Design Method and isolated aorta to check the activity. Result: We find the best way is to be immersed in 50% ethanol at 80℃ in water bath for 1hour, suction-filtered and then mixed and shaken with cyclohexane.
