【Abstract】 Using the phosphatotungstic acid on activated carbon as a catalyst, the reaction of medium-chain fatty acid and glycerol was studied. The kinetics on synthesizing medium-chain tri-glycerides were discussed. Meanwhile, in the high vacuum, thermodynamics of esterification was investigated.
