【Abstract】 The contents of 10-hydroxy-2-decenoic acid in royal jelly and its products were determinded by RP-HPLC. 10-HDA could be separated on C18 column by using CH3OH-H2O-H3PO4 ( 55:45:0.2, V/V/V) as the mobile phase at a flow-rate of 1.0ml/ min,Ethyl-P-hyaroxybenzoate was used as the internal standard and then detected at UV 210 nm ,This method was simple, rapid and accurate, the results were reproducible.
