天然食品防腐剂ε-聚L-赖氨酸高产菌株的筛选
【摘要】 从土壤中分离放线菌,通过选择性培养方法定向筛选ε-聚L-赖氨酸的产生菌,利用分批发酵,确定了适合白色链霉菌发酵产生聚赖氨酸的培养基,比较了分离到的几株菌的赖氨酸、聚赖氨酸合成能力,确定了诱变育种的出发菌株;突变株的赖氨酸、聚赖氨酸的产量均有一定的提高,正向突变率较高;抑菌实验结果显示突变株对大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌的抑制作用明显。
【Abstract】 By direct screening the ε-PL’ production strains were separated from the soil. In batch cultures, the medium suitable for ε-PL’ production was decided. The lysine and ε-PL’ yield of several strains obtained in the laboratory were compared. The starting strain for induced mutation was determined. The lysine and ε-PL’yield of all mutant strains were higher than that of the starting strain. Experiments showed the mutant strains could strongly inhabit E. coli and Staphylococcus aureus.
