新型苦味屏蔽剂5’-腺苷单磷酸钠的合成
Synthesis of a new bitterness blocker adenosine 5 ’-mono-phosphate sodium salt
【摘要】 以次黄嘌呤为原料,经氯代、缩合、氨解、磷酸化、中和五步反应制备新型苦味屏蔽剂5’-腺苷单磷酸钠,总收率达37.0%。
【Abstract】 Using hypoxanthine as starting material, a new bitterness blocker, adenosine 5’-monophosphate sodium salt, was prepared by chlorination, condensation, ammonolysis, phosphorylation and neutralization. The total yield was 37.0% based on hypoxanthine.
