【Abstract】 Pareto method and cause & effect diagram method are cited in this paper as examples to illustrate the theory and technology of modern quality management to be applied in the prevention of ham from mould infection. The application provides high efficient and convenient theory and basis of decision for quality control. The result of the study shows that the application of these methods can firmly assure the quality of products and decrease the rate of producing low quality products and a striking economic efficiency is obtainable.更多还原
