油茶皂苷标准品的制备及定量方法的比较
Studies on Purification and Determination of Tea Saponin
【摘要】 比较研究了2种常用的茶皂苷的定量方法,分析了它们的优缺点,并用自制油茶皂苷纯品为标样,绘制了油茶皂苷定量的标准曲线,相关系数分别为0.9996和0.9933。
【Abstract】 Two common used methods of quantitative determination of tea saponins were compared, the standard curves of quantitative determination were studied by using self-made standard samples and correlation was 0.999 6 and 0.993 3.
