【Abstract】 Objective To explore the effective nursing-quality-assurance system by improving the nursing-quality-control measures. Methods The nursing quality of the department was managed and controlled by coordination of head nurse and quality-control group of the department,and an active information feedback system established. Results Through all-round quality control,nursing standards were revised and perfected,the nursing-quality management aiming directly at patients was carried out to eliminate the shortcomings and hidden danger of accidents in nursing,and improve nursing standard. Conclusion The head-nurse-and-department-managing model is an effective nursing-quality-assurance system.更多还原
