【Abstract】 ObjectiveTo investigate the causes of bile leakage after liver-and-gall operation and their prevention. MethodsThe clinical data of 36 patients with post-operative bile leakage were analysed retrospectively. ResultsOf the 36 patients, 14 underwent surgery and 22 underwent no surgery, in which, two died; one failed to follow; and the rest survived. ConclusionOperators should master substantial knowledge and skill, and fully understand the causes of bile leakage. This complication actually can be avoided through pre-operative, intra-operative and post-operative management.更多还原
