【摘要】 ①目的　探讨P53与CD44V6蛋白在膀胱移行细胞癌的表达及其与膀胱移行细胞癌生物学行为的关系及临床意义。②方法　采用免疫组化(SABC)方法检测64 例膀胱移行细胞癌中P53、CD44V6 蛋白的表达情况。③结果　P53和CD44V6蛋白表达水平与膀胱移行细胞癌组织学分级、临床分期及复发密切相关(χ2 = 6.24 ~17.34,P<0.01);P53与CD44V6蛋白的表达呈正相关(r=0.28,P<0.05)。④结论　P53和CD44V6检测可为判断膀胱移行细胞癌的恶性程度和复发提供参考依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the expression of P53 and CD44_ V6 proteins in transitional cell carcinoma(TCC) of bladders and its relationship with the biological behavior of the disease. Methods The expression of P53 and CD44_ V6 proteins was detected immunohistochemically in 64 cases of TCC in bladder. Results The expression level of P53 and CD44_ V6 was closely related with the histological grading, clinical staging, and recurrence of the disease( χ 2=6.24- 17.34 ,P <0.01). The expression of P53 was positively correlated with that of CD44_ V6 ( r=0.28,P <0.05). Conclusion The detection of P53 and CD44_ V6 may be used to judge the malignancy and recurrence of the cancer.更多还原
