水泥磨传动系统的故障诊断与分析

【摘要】 采用振动测试的方法,通过对振动信号的时域、频域和幅值域分析,实现了对水泥磨传动系统的故障诊断。诊断分析结果与实际情况相吻合,缩短了维修时间。该方法对其它同类大型旋转机械的状态监测和故障诊断有一定的借鉴价值。

【Abstract】 In this paper, the fault diagnosis of cement mill transmission system is fulfilled by means of vibration test, which is characterized by the integrate d application of amplitude domain analysis, time domain analysis and frequency d omain analysis. The test results turn out to be consistent with the practical si tuation and the shutdown time is shortened. This analytical method can be used f or reference in the vibration test of large rotary mechanism of similar size.
