磷渣制备高C3S熟料的烧成机理研究
Sintering mechanism of high content of C3S clinker formation with P-slag as one of raw meal
【摘要】 利用ICP、DTA、XRD、SEM和EDXA测试方法,研究了磷渣在制备高C3S熟料过程中的作用机理。研究结果表明,磷渣对高C3S熟料烧成的促进作用主要是由于磷渣中CaSiO3的“晶核作用”。
【Abstract】 The mechanism of phosphorus slag was studied by means of ICP, DTA, XRD, SEM and EDXA during theclinker with high intakes of C3S was prepared. The results show that CaSiO3 in the phosphorus slag plays a role ofinoculating crystals, which can improve the burnability of clinkers.
