Medlite激光治疗雀斑及雀斑样痣的临床观察
Clinical observation of Medlite laser irradiation on freckles and lentigines
【摘要】 目的探讨应用Medlite四波长激光仪治疗雀斑及雀斑样痣的临床疗效。方法应用Medlite四波长美肤激光治疗仪,采用的波长为532 nm和1 064 nm,治疗雀斑及雀斑样痣490例患者,并根据患者皮肤特点选择适当的治疗参数,将光斑准确地发射到皮损表面,以治疗后的皮肤呈白色为适度。1个月后可重复治疗。结果490例患者中,457例雀斑患者经1~3次治疗后均痊愈,约15%的患者治疗后出现暂时性色素沉着或色素减退,1~6个月自然消退。33例雀斑样痣患者经1~8次治疗后均显效。结论Medlite激光治疗雀斑疗效确切无瘢痕,治疗后皮肤反应轻微,效果满意,但对雀斑样痣疗效稍差。
【Abstract】 Objective To explore the clinical effect of Medlite laser irradiation on freckles and lentigines.Methods We treated 490 cases of freckles and lentigines with Medlite laser machine made in ConBio company,USA.The wavelength are 532?nm and 1?064?nm.We chose proper parameter to treat the patients according to the skin character,and then irradiated to the eruptions.The skin turned white and radgy,which showed that we chose proper parameter.We could retreat the patients after a month.Results All of the 457 freckles in 490 patients were cured after 1-3 times treatments.The skin reaction to the laser irradiation is slight.About 15% of the patients showed transient hyperpigmentation or hypopigmentation, which could disappear spontaneously after 1-6 months.All of the 33 lentigines showed significant effect after 1-8 times treatments.Conclusion The effects of Medlite laser irradiation are satisfied with no scar and slight skin reaction on freckles,but not so satisfied on lentigine.
