【摘要】 目的探讨眉缘切口提上睑术治疗中、老年上睑皮肤松弛的疗效。方法采用眉上缘切口或眉下缘切口,去除眉上、下缘的松弛皮肤,固定眉脂肪垫,悬吊眼轮匝肌,治疗上睑皮肤松弛。结果本组的58例患者,均在7~10天恢复自然重睑,随访25例患者1~6个月,术后效果满意。结论眉缘切口提上睑术治疗上睑皮肤松弛方法较佳,且操作简单、容易掌握,具有恢复快、再现重睑自然、切口瘢痕不明显等优点。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the effect of supraorbital ridge incision method curing senile ptosis.Methods To remove wrinkles around the eyebrow,we adopted the method of supraorbital upper ridge incision or supraorbital lower ridge incision to fix fat pad and suspend orbicularis oculi muscle.This approach can eradicate upper eyelid dermatolysis.Results All the patients in 58 patients recovered their natural eyelid in 7-10 days.Twenty-five cases were followed up for 6 months.The results were satisfactory.Conclusion It is effective way to cure senile ptosis by using the supraorbital ridge incision upper eyelid dermatolysis.This operative procedure is easy,simple with fast recovery of natural eyelid and invisible.incition.更多还原
