【摘要】 目的探讨Millard唇裂修复术式改良的优点。方法应用改进的Millard唇裂修复方法:健侧干燥红唇的不足通过患侧干燥红唇的三角瓣来补充;形成L瓣修复鼻孔坎的外侧;应用多角延长瓣延长唇高。结果31例患者术后随访3个月至2年,双侧唇高相等,唇弓形态自然,效果满意。结论该术式弥补了传统的Millard唇裂修复术后出现唇高不足的缺陷,避免了干燥唇红与湿润红唇的交错,使鼻唇畸形的修整更趋近于外形美观的要求。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the merit of the improvment in using Millard’s method in cleft lip repair. Methods We had used Millard’s method to repair 31 patients with cleft lip. It expound: the distinction between the wet and dry vermilion of the lip, and the application in the operation; the abandoned tissue can usually be reserved as "L - flap" to repair the outside of nostril sill; The width of the rectangular lengthening flap could give length to the cleft sides. Results Postoperative results showed well after 3-24months following - up. Conclusion The method we used is better than that on tradition ways, and we have made some improvement on the deficiency of Millard’s method. The improved method can prevent the interlock of dry and wet red lip, and make the repair of deformity of nose tend to more beautiful requirement.更多还原
