【Abstract】 The proteins of plasma membrane are the "doorbells" and "doorways" of a cell, and many of them are targets of many medicines.The research of plasma membrane proteome has become one of the focuses of proteomics. The development of this field is significant for the found of low abundant proteins with very important biological function. Furthermore, the study of plasma membrane proteome can offer new targets for the medicine development, and new markers for disease diagnose. We summarized recent progress of proteomics of plasma membrane including the purification of plasma membrane and its microdomains, the separation, identification, bioinformation and subcellular localization of plasma membrane proteome.更多还原
