【Abstract】 With economic globalization, factors closely related to self-development of the human society suchas natural resources, ecology and environment, etc., have become a common topic beyond national boundaries.Chinas healthcare system is facing tremendous challenges resulted from rapid changes in population structureand disease demography, significant increases in demands for public hygiene and medical care, as well asenvironmental pollution and food safety concerns after entering to the new millennium. In the fields of plannedparenthood and reproductive health, public hygiene and healthcare networks, medical research and healthpromotion, and high-tech and pharmaceutical industry, we must hold a scientific view of development andapply most advanced technologies in order to facilitate the cross-fostering and systemic combination of keytechniques, and to promote a rational life style.
