【Abstract】 In early July 2005, thunderstorm happened suddenly in the Huaihe River Basin. Regulation measures about empting river course in advance, machine pumping and discharging were employed for reducing crop losses and won the time for the reseeding of farmland. Benefit of disaster relief is maximized through scientific regulation, strengthening levees along the river and emergency wrecking.更多还原
