【摘要】 以江苏省盐城市为例,结合水资源论证工作实际,介绍了3年来水资源论证取得的明显成效,指出建设项目水资源论证缺乏明确的收费标准、缺少公众参与等问题,提出充实论证内容,加强持证单位的横向联合,开展论证研讨,建立论证回访制度和论证后评估制度等完善水资源论证制度的对策。更多还原

【Abstract】 The author introduces achievements made in water resources appraisal in the last three years considering the real situation of water resources appraisal and taking Yancheng City of Jiangsu Province as an example. The point is made that, in water resources appraisal of construction project, water charge standard is not defined clearly and lacking of public participation. Therefore, suggestions are made on enriching water resources appraisal contents and strengthening horizontal collaboration with appraisal institutions. Feedback and after-assessment of water resources appraisal systems should be created for further improvement.更多还原
