耗散结构理论与膝半月板移植的研究
Research of the Dissipation Structure Theory and Knee Meniscus Transplantation
【摘要】 人体系统是一个远离平衡的开放系统 ,人体能形成耗散结构。人体膝半月板在时间和空间上也是一个非平衡的开放系统 ,能形成和保持耗散结构。膝半月板移植必须在涨落的条件下 ,才能发挥并保持良好的正常生理功能。膝半月板移植成功需要内在诸多因素的非线性协同作用。运用耗散结构理论 ,探讨目前新的半月板细胞培养和移植方法的科学价值及为其在临床应用可能性提供巨大的理论支持。
【Abstract】 The body system,which can form a dissipation structure,is an opening system rather than a balance.The human knee meniscus is also an opening system rather than the balance at any time and any where.Depending on fluctuation,the knee meniscus transplantation develops and keeps a normal physiology function.To get the success of the human knee meniscus transplantation needs the cooperation of all aspects in non-linear interaction.This research focuses the scientific value of the current meniscus cell cultivation and transplantation,and provides a feasibility and theoretic support of applying it into the clinical use.
