【摘要】 以正硅酸乙酯和金属硝酸盐为原料,采用溶胶-凝胶法制备了(CoFe2O4)z/SiO2(1-x)纳米复合材料.利用热重/差热综合热分析仪(TG/DTA)研究了热处理过程中干凝胶的变化.使用X射线衍射仪(XRD)分析了(CoFe2O4)x/SiO2(1-x)纳米复合粉末的结构和晶粒尺寸.结果表明热处理后的样品中同时存在非晶态SiO2和晶态CoFe2O4,当x≥0.5时,出现少量的Fe2O3杂相.随着热处理温度的升高,样品的晶粒尺寸逐渐变大.更多还原

【Abstract】 CoFe2O4/SiO2 nanocomposites were prepared by the sol- gel method using tetraethylorthosilicate and metallic nitrates as raw materials. The changes of gels during heat treatment were studied by TG/DTA. The structure and crystalline size of CoFe2O4/SiO2 nanocomposites were detected by XRD. The results showed that there were an amorphous character SiO2 and a crystalline state CoFe2O4 and for x ≥0.5 samples had small amounts of Fe2O3.The crystalline size increased with the increase in heating temperature.更多还原
