机械合金化法制备Fe-Zr-B非晶合金
Preparation of Amorphous Fe-Zr-B Alloy by Mechanical Alloying
【摘要】 用机械合金化法(MA)制备了Fe—Zr—B的非晶合金.利用X射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电镜(SEM)对其进行测试,结果表明:Fe—Zr—B的混合粉末在MA过程中,通过原子之间的相互固溶、扩散可形成非晶态.此非晶合金的形成是晶粒细化、球磨过程中的缺陷和应力等多种作用的结果.
【Abstract】 The mechanical alloying of Fe - Zr - B mixed powder has been studied by X - ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM). It is found that the Fe7o Zr10 B20 mixed powders form amorphous by atom diffusion. The amorphous forming relates with variety of the crystal size, defect and stress during ball milling.
