【摘要】 采用柠檬酸盐法制备La(1-x)NdxNiO3前驱体样品.利用热分析仪(DTA-TG)对前驱体进行测试,结合X射线衍射(XRD)对不同温度烧结样品结构分析,结果表明,在750℃以上烧结得到了单相的La(1-x)NdxNiO3固溶体材料(0≤x≤0.25),随着Nd掺杂比例x值的增大,材料的晶格发生变化,a轴收缩,c轴伸长,晶格畸变增大.

【Abstract】 The La(1-x)NdxNiO3 samples were synthesis by the method of citrate. The precursors were investigated by the use of DTA-TG. The structures of the samples sintered under different temperature were studied by XRD. The results showed that La(1-x)NdxNiO3(0≤x≤0.25) were synthesized above 750 ℃ with single structure. With the increasing of x, the lattices of the samples were changed. The deformation of lattices increased due to the decrease of a parameter and the increase of c parameter.
