基于水流数值模拟的抽水蓄能三岔管肋宽比最优化分析
Optimal width ratio of crescent rib in bifurcation of pumped storage power station based on numerical simulation of flow
【摘要】 为满足西龙池抽水蓄能电站设计和工程需要,本文对有加强肋板结构的三岔管内水流进行数值模拟,计算采用SIMPLEC方法进行压力迭代,求解三维kε紊流方程,选取不同的肋宽比进行数值模拟,并与物理模型试验比较,两者吻合较好,证明数值计算能复演三岔管管内水流运动。通过BoxCox变换选择合理的回归模型,对分岔管肋宽比进行优化分析,得到肋宽比的最优值。
【Abstract】 Since the crescent rib of bifurcation result in an additional head loss of the flow in pipes, the width ratio of the rib in a pumped storage power station was optimized by means of numerically simulation of the flow. The 3-D k-ε model of turbulent flow and SIMPLEC algorithm were adopted. The validity of the computational head losses under various flow conditions was verified by model test. On this basis, a reasonable regressive model selected by Box-Cox transformation is established to search the suitable width ratio according to the comprehensive head losses in a period of operation under various station operation conditions.
