【摘要】 本文综述了近年来关于杏仁核参与疼痛过程的研究进展。疼痛伴随有强烈的情绪反应,而杏仁核是情绪调控中的一个关键核团。最近,越来越多的证据支持杏仁核参与痛觉的编码和调制过程。杏仁核对来自脊髓和三叉神经核的伤害性信息及皮层和丘脑的多种感觉信息进行整合,产生负性情绪,并对疼痛刺激作出相应的行为反应。同时,杏仁核也通过与导水管周围灰质、延髓头端腹内侧区及其它脑干核团的纤维联系参与镇痛过程。更多还原

【Abstract】 This review will discuss the recent studies about the role of amygdala in pain processing.Pain has a strong emotional component,and the amygdala plays a major role in emotional behaviours.An increasing number of evidences implicated the amygdala in the process of pain encoding and modulation.Amygdala may integrate the nociceptive information from the spinal cord and the trigeminal nucleus with information of other sensory modalities from thalamic and cortical areas,and generate the emotional reactions and the behavioral responses of pain.On the other hand,amygdala may also be involved in pain modulation through connections with periaquiductal gray(PAG),rostral ventromedial medulla(RVM),and other brain stem areas.更多还原
