【Abstract】 One of the main characteristicses of the Muling river is asymmetic water inflow in annual distribution , the concrete performance is water shortage of city and irrigation area water deficit and inundation and flood resource loss ,etc. It is the most direct and the most effectual way of solving above-mentioned contradictions to build the Fendou reservoir.This text discusses the necessity of building the Fendou reservoir on flood control and flood resources exploitation.更多还原
