PU/PVC共混超滤膜的制备及性能
Study on Properties and Preparation of Ultrafiltration Membrane from Polyurethane/Poly(vinyl chloride) Blends
【摘要】 采用湿法相转化制膜技术制备PU/PVC共混膜、PU/PVC/SiO2共混膜。PVC可以改变铸膜液体系在凝固浴中的分相速度,提高成膜性及改善膜的微孔结构,在此共混物中加入SiO2可以显著改善膜的微孔结构,并提高PU共混膜的水通量,可用于超滤。用扫描电镜对膜的结构形态进行了观察。
【Abstract】 It prepared Polyurethane/Poly(vinyl chloride)(PU/PVC) blend membrane and Polyurethane/Poly(vinyl chloride)/Silicon dioxide(PU/PVC/SiO2) composites by means of Loeb-Sourirajan phase transition method.By adding PVC,the phase separating rate of casting solution in coagulating bath can be changed with the addition of PVC,and the membrane-forming ability and the cellular structure of membrane are also improved;the cellular structure of the composites membrane is improved with the addition of the SiO2,and the pure water flux is enhanced,so the PU composites membrane can be used for ultrafiltration membrane.It observed the microstructure and morphology of membrane through SEM.
