【摘要】 本文通过建立总量的动态最优化模型,证明了公共资本对私人资本替代作用的存在性,进而研究在我国经济发展和财政政策执行过程中公共资本和私人资本的替代程度,通过计量模型对上述替代程度进行了具体度量。研究表明,我国公共资本对私人资本存在替代作用已经显现出来,尽管替代率还不大。文章最后对这一事实进行了解释,并对目前我国财政政策的取向进行了评述。更多还原

【Abstract】 Through building up the model of dynamic optimization, the author analyzed the save of public and private capital. And the study indicated that the public capital have the substitution to the private capital, moreover calculated the ratio of substitution.
