空调用逆流式冷却塔的稳态模拟
Stable State Simulation of the Counter-flow Cooling Towers Used in Air Conditionings
【摘要】 在麦克尔焓差理论的基础上,结合效能-传热单元数法,建立了有利于空调水系统整体节能优化的逆流式冷却塔的简化换热器模型,并将它的模拟结果与某生产厂家冷却塔的样本实验数据进行了比较。结果表明:冷却塔的模拟结果与样本值吻合得很好,从而验证了该模型的正确性和可行性。该模型可以作为冷却塔的设计、选型和运行的参考依据。
【Abstract】 Based on the theory of Merkel’s enthalpy dispersion and combined the effectiveness - NTU method, the paper sets up the simplified heat exchanger model of the counter-flow cooling towers, which helps the whole energy-conservation optimization of the air conditionings water system, and compares its simulation result with the sample experience data of the cooling towers of one manufacture. The result shows that: The simulation result of the cooling towers and the sample values are tallied very well. Thus it is verified that the model is exacted and feasible, and proved that the model can be a reference basis of the design, selecting types and operation of cooling towers.
