【Abstract】 Large and medium-sized water pumping stations belong to comprehensive water resources projects. They are characterized by large investment, various auxiliary projects, broad service area and many administrative levels, etc. Old management system seriously hinders the progress of production technology as well as the full play of production efficiency of pumping stations.
