【Abstract】 In this paper operation modes of water resources projects in Huai’an City is introduced from the viewpoint of water commodity combined with its collecting situation of water rate for agricultural use. As regards the reform of current water supply system, it is suggested that authorized collection of water rate for agricultural use should be changed into the collection by water resources units.更多还原
