超细丁苯粉末橡胶增韧聚丙烯的研究

【摘要】 采用一种新型超细丁苯粉末橡胶增韧聚丙烯(PP) ,考察了丁苯粉末橡胶用量、相容剂的种类及用量对PP性能的影响;观察了丁苯粉末橡胶在PP中的分散状态,研究了丁苯粉末橡胶对PP结晶性能的影响。结果表明:超细丁苯粉末橡胶的加入能够显著提高聚丙烯的韧性;加入相容剂B后的增韧效果更好;相容剂与超细丁苯粉末橡胶在PP中具有包藏结构;复合有成核剂的超细丁苯粉末橡胶比相容剂B有更明显的成核作用,可提高PP的结晶度,从而使PP的刚性和耐热性提高。少量相容剂B与之复合后,仍可保持这种较强的成核能力。

【Abstract】 A new type of ultrafine styrene butadiene rubber (SBR) powder was used to the toughening of PP. The effects of the powdered rubber content and the type and content of compatibilizer on the properties of PP were studied. The dispersion of powered rubber in PP was evidenced by means of TEM and SEM, and the effect of the powdered rubber on the crystallinity of PP was analysised by utilizing DSC. The results showed the addition of ultrafine SBR powder could improve the toughness of PP obviously, and the toughness was much more better when compatibilizer B was used; the compatibilizer and the ultrafine SBR powder had an encapsulated structure in PP; the nucleation of the ultrafine SBR powder was more obvious than that of compatibilizer B, could increase the crystallinity of PP, resulted in increase of the rigidity and heat resistance of PP. After the compounding of ultrafine SBR powder with a little amount of compatibilizer B, such a strong nucleation of the ultrafine SBR powder was still kept unchanged.
