PET/EN-MFMB共混体系力学性能的研究

【摘要】 采用自制的EN型多功能母料(ENMFMB)与PET热机械共混制得不同ENMFMB用量的PET/ENMFMB,研究了其拉伸屈服应力、弯曲模量和缺口冲击强度。结果表明采用ENMFMB改性PET,可使PET的韧性大幅度提高,同时还能保持原刚性,当ENMFMB质量分数为24.2%时,缺口冲击强度提高到了4.54倍,拉伸屈服应力和弯曲模量基本保持不变;随着E∶N质量比的减小,PET/ENMFMB1的拉伸屈服应力稍微逐渐降低,弯曲模量基本不变,缺口冲击强度逐渐提高。m(Ce)∶m(Rs)=6∶4时制得的ENMFMB对PET改性综合效果比较好,其综合力学性能比PET/PNMFMB、PET/EMMFMB的好。

【Abstract】 The tensile yield stress,flexural modulus,notched Izod impact strength of modified PET,including PET/EN-MFMB,PET/EN-MFMB (E∶N),and PET/EN-MFMB (Ce/Rs),with different elastomer content prepared by thermal-mechanical blending PET with self-made modification multifunctional masterbatch (EN-MFMB) were investigated.The results showed that when PET was modified by EN-MFMB,the toughness of PET was largely increased,and at the same time the rigidity of PET kept unchanged.When the content of EN-MFMB was 24.2%,the notched Izod impact strength of PET increased up to 4.54-fold,with its tensile yield stress and bending modulus kept unchanged.FM were 103% and 99% of that of the pristine PET respectively.With the decrease of the ratio of E-resin to N-elastomer (E∶N),the tensile yield stress decreased little,bending modulus kept unchanged,and the notched Izod impact strength of PET/EN-MFMB (E∶N) increased gradually.When the ratio of Ce to Rs (Ce/Rs) in the MFMB was about 6∶4,the modification effect for PET was the best.The overall mechanical properties of PET/EN-MFMB were better than those of PET/PN-MFMB and PET/EM-MFMB blends.
