夹芯注塑成型过程的计算机可视化模拟分析——材料粘度与工艺参数对芯层分布及均匀性的影响
Visual Computer-based Simulation of Sandwich Injection Molding Process:Influence of Melt Viscosity and Process Parameter on Distribution and Uniformity of Core Melt
【摘要】 为了了解夹芯注塑的成型过程、探悉其成型机理,采用Moldflow公司MPI软件中的Co injection分析模块,对夹芯注塑成型过程进行动态模拟分析,揭示材料粘度以及工艺参数对夹芯注塑成型过程中芯层分布均匀性的影响规律。结果表明,芯层物料分布均匀性随芯/壳层熔体粘度比R值的减小而提高,这主要与芯层和壳层熔体的相对流动能力有关。此外,在工艺参数中,改变熔体注射速度对芯层物料分布均匀性的影响较为突出,而模温和熔体温度对芯层物料分布均匀性的影响却相对较弱。
【Abstract】 On the chance of understanding the melt flow behavior and the mechanism of sandwich injection molding,the dynamic simulation research on sandwich injection molding process was made by employing the co-injection module in the software of Moldflow Plastics Insight.The uniformity of the distribution of the core melt in sandwich injection molding was investigated by changing the viscosities of melts and process parameters.The results showed that the decrease of the viscosity ratio R of core/skin melts greatly effected the distribution of the core melt and gave rise to enhance the uniformity of the goods,owing to the relative fluidity of the skin and core melts.Furthermore,the injection velocity of the melts had greater influence on the distribution of the core melt and the uniformity of the goods among the process parameters,while the influences from mold temperature and melt temperature were comparatively inappreciable.
