抗菌功能塑料的制备与性能评价

【摘要】 采用抗菌母料YK -3、WK -11、WK -B及其复合物,用机械共混法制备了以PE、PP、PVC、ABS为基体的抗菌功能塑料。通过定性和定量的抗菌试验对各种抗菌塑料的抗菌活性进行了测定。结果表明,所制备的抗菌PE、PP、PVC、ABS对大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌均表现出强抗菌性,即抗菌率均达到或超过99% ;在纤维级PP中只加1%的YK -3时,其抗菌率便超过99% ;此外,抗菌功能塑料在加工过程中不会产生变色。所制备的抗菌塑料具有稳定而持久的抗菌活性特性。

【Abstract】 PE, PP, PVC and ABS antibacterial functiona l plastics were prepared by means of mechanically mixing with antibact erial masterbatches YK-3, WK-11, WK-B , or their combinations. The antibacterial activity of each sample was measured, analyzed and evaluated by means of quantit ative and qualitative tests. The res ults indicated that the prepared antibacte rial function plastics PE, PP, PVC and ABS exhibited strong antibacterial activi ties against Escherichia coli and Sta phylococcus aureus with the antibacterial percentage up to 99%. When only 1% of YK- 3 was added to the fiber-grade PP, the antib acterial activity was up to 99%. Th e antibacterial functional plastics would not be discolored during processing, and have stable and durable antibacterial a ctivity, and relatively low price.
