模塑级聚偏氟乙烯乳液聚合工艺的研究
Study on Emulsion Polymerization Process of Compression Molding Polyvinylidene Fluoride
【摘要】 研究了乳液聚合工艺对模塑级聚偏氟乙烯 (PVDF)树脂性能的影响。结果表明 :将乳化剂全氟辛酸和乳液稳定剂石蜡复合使用 ,可得到粒径分布窄、稳定性良好的PVDF乳液 ,聚合用石蜡可循环使用 ,聚合残留的偏氟乙烯 (VDF)单体经气液分离、干燥后可用于聚合反应 ;确定了在 10 0L卧式釜中乳液聚合制备模塑级PVDF的工艺条件为 :搅拌转速 60r/min、过硫酸铵用量 0. 0 3 5 %、链转移剂用量 0 . 6%、全氟辛酸用量 0. 13 %、石蜡用量 0 .2 % ,所制得的PVDF的性能可达到国外同类产品的水平。
