高水头大单宽流量底流消能技术研究成果综述

【摘要】 向家坝水电站最大坝高161m,校核洪水下泄流量约49000m3s,其泄洪消能建筑物是典型的高水头、大单宽流量、大泄洪功率、高含沙率泄洪工程。由于环境要求严格,常规的底流消能消力池无法达到工程要求。结合工程特点,兼顾“水力与结构”要求,提出了跌坎底流消能形式,并分连续坎和高低坎两个系列进行研究,解决了向家坝水电站泄洪消能难题。该研究成果对高水头、大单宽流量底流消能理念和设计思路具有创新性,为工程设计提供了科学依据,成果可在相关工程中推广应用。

【Abstract】 The Xianghiaba hydroelectric project has a maximum dam height of 161m check flood discharge of 49 000 m3 s and a typical flood discharge dissipation structure with high head large unit discharge and high silt content.In view of strictly environmental requirements conventional stilling basin for flow dissipation is not able to meet the project requirement.In consideration of the project’s characteristics and requirements for ″ Hydraulics and Structure″ a bucket dissipator for discharge dissipation is recommended in this study and two alternatives i.e.continuous buckets and buckets with differential elevations are studied.They have solved energy dissipation problems of flood discharge for the Xianghiaba hydroelectric project.This result shows inventiveness in design thought and energy dissipation philosophy for food discharge for high head and large unit discharge dissipation structure provides scientific basis for project design and can apply widely in relevant projects.
