沙坡头水电站灯泡贯流机组水轮机转轮模型验收试验

【摘要】 通过对沙坡头水电站水轮机的模型验收试验以及试验结果与合同规定的水轮机性能参数保证值的分析、对比表明,沙坡头水电站水轮机的能量指标属于当前国际先进水平,其模型水轮机最高效率为93.87%,高于合同值0.02%;加权平均效率为93.303%,高于合同值0.013%;额定工况点效率92.31%,高于合同值0.09%。通过试验不仅对电站今后运行有一定的参考意义,而且对同类机组在今后国内的设计、制造以及研究提供了可借鉴的特性参数。

【Abstract】 In the text ,We introduce briefly the runner model acceptance test of throughflow type turbine in The shapotou hydropower station and the comparison of the test results and guaranteed turbine performance parameter in the contract. The turbine acceptance test of efficiency,cavitation,runaway and pressure fulsation indicated the turbine performance figure in shapotou hydroelectric station is advanced all over the world. The runner has favorable stability from the characteristic of pressure fulsation and runaway. This test not only has some referenced meaning to the running for the future, but also offers referable performance figure to designing,manufacture and research the same kind domestic turbine in the future.
