【摘要】 该文对来源于危害石榴枝干部和果实部的疮痂病病原菌Dothiorellasp .菌株的生理学特性进行了系统研究。研究结果表明 :两菌株的菌丝体在 5～ 4 0℃范围内均可生长 ,最适温度为 2 5～ 3 0℃ ;在pH 3～ 1 1均可生长 ,最适酸碱度为pH 4 ,pH 6～ 7时生长较为迅速 ;在不同碳源中 ,多糖生长最好 ,其次为单糖、二糖 ;在不同氮源中 ,以牛肉膏和蛋白胨生长最好 ;分生孢子在多糖中萌发最好 ,其次为单糖、二糖 ;而在氮源中以硫酸铵萌发最好 ;分生孢子萌发的最适温度为 3 0℃ ,最适湿度为1 0 0 %。两菌株间没有显著差异更多还原

【Abstract】 The physiological characteristics of the pathogen Dothiorella sp.of pomegranate stem scab in the trunk and fruit of pomegranate tree were studied.The result showed that the optimum growth temperature of mycelia of 2 strains was 25-30 ℃,the optimum pH was 4-7 and growth in different C and N resources had different result.The optimum temperature of conidia germination was 30 ℃,optimum humidity 100% and germination in different C and N resources had the same result.更多还原
