【摘要】 高等教育已从过去的“精英教育”发展到今天的“大众教育”,大学毕业人数急剧上升,大学生毕业所面临的就业压力增大,就业形势严峻。能源学院是成都理工大学唯一的一个研究型二级学院。近5年来,由于学院高度重视本科生就业工作,使得学生就业率一直保持在近95%以上,毕业学生供需比逐年上升,处于供不应求状态。能源学院的就业工作经验,为高校毕业生就业工作提供了一定参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 At present,the higher education has transited from elite to mass education.The number of undergraduates rises drastically and undergraduates’ employment faces the severe situations.The Energy Resource College is an only research college between secondary colleges of Chengdu University of Technology.Because the leaders of Energy Resource College attached importance to the undergraduates’ employment in recent five years,the employment rate keeps over 95 % all along,the demands of the undergraduates exceeds supply.The working experience of Energy Resource College provides a reference for other undergraduate’s employment.更多还原
