【Abstract】 Technology is a kind of capability of remodeling of nature for which the man takes an oath to seek, it make the mankind break away from fatuity, wildness, poverty and under-developed, step into civilization, realize the dream of wealth, become the master of nature. Technology can both do good works and bad works, the key is how to take advantage of it. Technology has many values in productivity, capital, civilization, esthetic and mankind’s freedom. Meanwhile it may damage mankind’s environment, safety and natural resources. Technology’ good or bad rest on the system and man’s motive.
